On its current size, the company's site states: "Today, SERVPRO has more than 2,000 locations nationwide and has become a leader in the cleaning and restoration business." SERVPRO's listed address is 801 Industrial Blvd, Gallatin, TN 37066.

On how those locations operate, SERVPRO's own site states: "All services in the U.S. performed by independently owned and operated franchises of Servpro Franchisor, LLC."

"Biohazard/Crime Scene" is listed among SERVPRO's specialty cleaning services, alongside air duct/HVAC cleaning, virus/pathogen cleaning, document restoration, odor removal and vandalism/graffiti cleanup.

BELFOR

BELFOR's own about page states: "Sheldon Yellen is the Chief Executive Officer of BELFOR Holdings, Inc., which operates a number of companies including BELFOR Property Restoration, the world's largest disaster recovery and restoration company headquartered in Birmingham, Michigan."

The same CEO bio describes the group's growth this way: "Yellen joined the company in 1984 and has since led BELFOR from a family-owned business established in 1946, to a $3 billion entity operating in 34 countries and employing more than 14,000 men and women." The subject of that sentence is the bare name "BELFOR", not "BELFOR Property Restoration" specifically, so those group-wide figures should not be read as a claim about the restoration company alone.

The same page also names a separately branded BELFOR Franchise Group (BFG), described in a different executive's bio: "Rusty currently serves as the Director of Operations for BELFOR Property Restoration, the global leader in disaster recovery, and as President of BELFOR Franchise Group (BFG), the world's largest residential and commercial services franchise group based on geographic footprint and number of units."
